Paloceras has introduced a new limited edition capsule called Leopard Lace, created with former professional football (soccer) player Djibril Cissé. This marks another chapter in the ongoing partnership between the brand and Cissé, a collaboration built around individuality, strong visual identity, and an appreciation for craft.

A Style That Reflects Identity

Djibril Cissé has long been known for expressing his personality without restraint. Throughout his career, his look has always been unmistakable, from his tattoos to his hairstyles and the way he carried himself on and off the field. His approach to style has never aimed to blend in.

Leopard Lace draws directly from that mindset. The collection treats eyewear as a form of daily self-expression rather than a quiet accessory. Instead of softening Cissé’s visual language, Paloceras leans into it, translating the same confidence into material and pattern.

Two familiar shapes, one new color story

This collection does not introduce new silhouettes. Instead, it brings two existing styles into a new finish. The C2 and S2 from Paloceras’ Nouvelle Fiction line now come in Leopard Lace, offered in both optical and sunglass versions. Each frame from the collection is limited to just 90 numbered pairs.

Paloceras describes the material as Havana-toned acetate marked with vivid specks of gold. In person, that kind of acetate tends to shift a lot depending on lighting, which fits the “leopard” idea without turning the frame into a costume.

Packaging and Presentation

Each frame in the Leopard Lace collection arrives with Paloceras’ premium packaging set. The eyewear is presented in a magnetic hard case and accompanied by a custom cleaning cloth with a numbered identification certificate.

About Paloceras

Paloceras is a future-forward eyewear brand focused on high-concept design, digital craft, and limited-edition production. Founded on the idea that eyewear can live between utility and sculpture, the brand works with next-generation manufacturing processes—like high-definition 3D printing—and collaborates with designers across disciplines to produce frames that are as artistic as they are functional. Each release from Paloceras is treated like a curated drop, often accompanied by archival packaging, unique finishing processes, and a refusal to compromise on form.
